How I print and frame.

My prints are printed by my master printer. Large prints are mounted on aluminum. I use this paper.   All prints are custom framed designed to go with the prints.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Our processing time is 5-10 business days. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. When your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with delivery information. Usually we will process an order quickly, but we are a small operation, so sometimes things get backed up and we need the full 10 days to get an order packed and out the door. If you need an order by a certain time, please contact us and we will make sure to try to accommodate you.

 

Do you have a physical location I can visit?

We are only an online shop, so we do not have a retail location at the moment.  We will do collaborations and will let you know when there is a physical location.  Please subscribe to receive emails.

 

What kind of shipping do you offer?

We offer Priority and Express shipping to all 50 states. International shipping is very unpredictable. We ship via the United States Post Office and they can be very slow and don’t offer much information in terms of tracking. Once the package is delivered to the USPS, we have no control over it and can only get the info that they provide, which is the same info you will get with the label number. Once the package arrives in your country, your local customs agency and post office can further delay the arrival of your order. We recommend checking with them.

 

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final.

 

What if my package is damaged or lost?

If your package is received damaged in the post or has not arrived, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action, but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.
